It was reading figures like this coupled with a terrifying experience at a theme park that spurred Tracey and her husband John Beach to create Kiddycard.

After being separated from their niece for 20 minutes at a theme park, the first thing they did when they got home was look at the internet to try to find something that would help if it happened again in the future. Nothing they found seemed to fit the requirements of both the parent and the child alike. They felt there should be something available that enabled you to get reunited quickly with your child and be fun for the child to wear it, after all there is no solution unless the child is willing to wear it.

So, make the business of child safety and security fun enough for for kids to want to carry and use it. Sounds simple enough really.

And so was born the Kiddy Card^TM - the seriously fun ID for kids.
